Materials & care
Most pieces are 3D printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, then finished by hand. Keep away from high heat like hot car dashboards, dishwashers or long periods in direct sun, as PLA can soften. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
Crochet pieces: hand wash cool, lay flat to dry. Earrings: remove before swimming, showering or sleeping.

How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order in Grande Prairie, Alberta and usually ships within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, we ship to Canada and the United States. Orders of $75+ CAD (about $54 USD) ship free. Cat doors don't qualify for free shipping within Canada. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Can I get a different colour or size?
Often, yes. Send us a message with what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.
What are your pieces made of?
