Custom order questions
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on size, detail and material. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll send a quote within a day. There's no charge until you approve the design.
Will I see the design before it's printed?
Yes. For custom designs we send a preview from Tinkercad or Shapr3D so you can request changes before anything is printed.
Can you match an exact size for a replacement part?
Yes. Send measurements in millimetres (and a photo if you can). We model parts like this in Shapr3D so they fit precisely.
How long does a custom order take?
You'll get a time estimate with your quote. It depends on how much design work is needed and how many pieces you're ordering.
How do bulk discounts work?
Order multiples of the same design and the discount is applied to your quote based on quantity. Colours and names can vary within the order.
Can I send my own 3D file?
Absolutely. STL and 3MF files work best. Email them to thecraftinghub2k25@gmail.com after sending the form.
